What happens if Eagle Rock Adventures rebooks me on a different tour?

Tours may be cancelled or postponed for operational reasons by ERA, including but not limited to poor weather or insufficient numbers. If we have to cancel the tour, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible before the date of the tour by phone, email or SMS and offer you another suitable date. There will be no rebooking fee in this circumstance.

Heavy rain and high wind speeds will impact on your safety and enjoyment during the activity. The activity will go ahead in light rain. Winds greater than a ‘Moderate Breeze’ (16 knots on the Beaufort Scale) will in most circumstances lead to the activity being cancelled.

What happens if I want to cancel or change my tour, or don't turn up on the day?

Someone else can take your position on the tour. There is no additional fee.

We recommend that you obtain suitable insurance coverage to protect you against cancellations caused by medical emergencies, flight delays, etc.

The fees for amending or cancelling the order are dependent on how far in advance you contact us to request the amendment or cancellation.
