MEDICAL AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
All tours require good health and fitness.

You MUST contact us prior to your adventure if you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy, or are unsure if you or your party meet the fitness requirements for your tour.

Rebooking or refunding tour costs will not be allowed if:
– You choose to not participate.
– You are removed from your tour.
– You are physically unable to participate or complete your tour due to lack of fitness.

TOUR CANCELLATIONS
Tours may be cancelled or postponed for operational reasons by ERA, including but not limited to poor weather , insufficient numbers, or track/road closures. If we have to cancel the tour, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible before the date of the tour by phone, email or SMS and offer you another suitable date. There will be no rebooking fee in this circumstance.

Refunds are not given if we have to cancel your tour and reschedule you to another date in the circumstances described above.

If you are booking accommodation that is not refundable, please contact us prior to gauge the likelihood of a weather cancellation.

CANCELLATION/ DATE CHANGE REQUESTS
What happens if I want to cancel or change my tour?

Someone else can take your position on the tour. There is no additional fee.

We strongly recommend that you obtain suitable insurance coverage to protect you against cancellations caused by medical emergencies, flight delays, the circumstances described above, etc.

The fees for amending, rescheduling or cancelling the order are dependent on how far in advance you contact us to request the amendment, rescheduling or cancellation. The fees are as follows:

• Notice of 15 or more days: $10 per person
• Notice of between 7 and 14 days: 30% of the total tour fare
• Notice of less than 7 days: full fare price

If you are not at the meeting location by the starting time of the tour you are not eligible to rebook on another tour or receive a refund of the tour price. All tours start with a safety brief and if you are late the guide may refuse to take you on the tour if they are unable to provide you with a briefing due to time constraints.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
We reserve the right to cancel any tour for any reason, to alter our tours (including but not limited to
starting times, pricing, inclusions or itinerary) at any time for any reason without notice, and deny access to
tours for any participant for any reason). All safety instructions given by our staff must be adhered to or you
will be removed from the tour for the safety of yourself and others.

REMOVAL FROM TOURS
A customer may be removed from any tour for any reason by us.
We reserve the right to deny access to tours for anyone who in our opinion is drunk, disorderly, a hazard to
themselves or others, abusive, not physically able, mentally incapable, or objectionable in any other way.
We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of your removal or non- participation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any additional expenses relating to your tour, including but not limited to:
cancellations, missing connecting transport, extra accommodation, food expenses or lost, stolen or damaged property. All additional expenses
incurred remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

MINORS
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form completed by their parent or guardian.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, unless prior arrangements
have been made with management
Not all of our tours are appropriate or available for people under the age of 18. Please call our office to
confirm before booking.
